Senior Technical Recruiter 

Techstra Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to support the recruitment of technology professionals across banking and financial services clients. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and consistently delivers high-quality candidates within aggressive timelines.

The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting across a variety of technical and functional roles, including Business Analysts, Developers, QA professionals, and other technology positions within the banking domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for IT and technology roles within banking and financial services
• Manage multiple active requisitions simultaneously while prioritizing urgent hiring needs
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, must-have skills, and timelines
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels
• Conduct candidate screening and assessments while maintaining a strong focus on quality
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, candidate communications, and offer processes
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill technology positions
• Support offer negotiations, onboarding, and start-date coordination
• Track recruiting activity, candidate submissions, interviews, and hires within the ATS
• Provide regular recruiting metrics, pipeline updates, and hiring status reports
• Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruiting process
• Ensure compliance with client, regulatory, and internal hiring standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, IT staffing, or talent acquisition
• Proven experience recruiting for technical and functional IT roles
• Experience supporting banking or financial services clients
• Strong understanding of roles such as Business Analysts, Developers, QA, Project Managers, and other technology professionals
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines
• Hands-on experience with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing tools
• Strong communication, organizational, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on quality, speed, and accountability

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with W2, contract, consulting, and direct-hire staffing models
• Experience working with banking clients or other regulated environments
• Strong understanding of recruiting metrics, including submissions, interviews, hires, time-to-fill, and pipeline activity
• Established network of IT professionals within the banking and financial services industry
