Job Description

It's fun to work in a company where people truly believe in what they are doing. At Dutch Bros Coffee, we are more than just a coffee company. We are a fun-loving, mind-blowing company that makes a difference one cup at a time.

Position Overview:

Dutch Bros is built on making a massive difference one cup at a time, and our rapid growth depends on our ability to open new shops efficiently. We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst - Real Estate to serve as the primary technology partner for our Development team (Real Estate, Construction, Design, Facilities, and Market Strategy).

This is a process-focused leadership role centered on enabling speed and reducing risk. You will lead the evolution of our Real Estate ecosystem, providing architectural guidance and configuration blueprints while focusing on building API integrations and adopting emerging technologies to eliminate manual friction. Your goal is to design the operational infrastructure and data visibility models that allow our Legal and Development teams to operate as proactive strategic partners to the business.

Job Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-7 years of progressive experience in IT/Technology, with significant experience in Real Estate Management Systems (Lucernex preferred).

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced experience building and managing Lucernex infrastructure (schedules, workflow forms, custom fields) and building/managing system integrations via APIs.

  • AI Aptitude: A foundational understanding of-or a strong desire to learn-AI/ML principles for document intelligence and automated data extraction.

  • Process Expertise: Proven capability in Business Process Redesign (BPR) and implementing workflow automation to improve Turnaround Time (TAT).

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Location Requirement:

This role is located in Tempe, Arizona. This position is required to be in office 4 days per week (Mon-Thurs); Fridays are optional remote work days.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

  • Real Estate Tech Architecture: Act as the primary technical partner for the full Development lifecycle, ensuring the Lucernex environment (LxRetail/LxContracts) is optimized to support cross-functional business needs.

  • Systems Integration & Data Visibility: Design and implement API integrations between Real Estate and Legal systems to ensure data flows automatically. Focus on creating operating models that provide real-time visibility, allowing stakeholders to operate proactively rather than reactively.

  • Stakeholder Enablement & Change Leadership: Educate and train cross-functional partners on the "what and why" of technical solutions to ensure buy-in and adoption. Shift stakeholder perspective from simple time-savings to the strategic value of data visibility, bringing business partners along to provide diverse perspectives on solution design.

  • Process Redesign & Innovation: Partner with business units to identify manual friction points and implement technical solutions that enhance long-term organizational capability. Design cross-functional processes that bridge the gap between legal operations and business strategy.

  • Strategic Roadmapping: Successfully deliver the technology roadmap for Real Estate applications, ensuring projects are on-time and built to scale with our rapid growth (e.g., transitioning from manual data entry to automated extraction pilots).

  • Technical Mentorship: Provide clear configuration guidance and oversight to other technical staff or specialists to ensure system integrity
