This pivotal role demands the alignment of architectural frameworks and engineering efforts, to diplomatically usher our enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives across Finance, HR, Legal, and Digital Workplace portfolios. True leadership will be demonstrated through end-to-end program execution, from ideation to deployment, ensuring the strategic alignment of technology with our overarching business objectives.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor Agile teams, facilitating ceremonies and championing Agile best practices using tools like Jira/Confluence.
- Proactively manage program scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and vendor relations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Foster collaboration with architects and engineering leaders to uphold system design integrity and delivery timelines.
- Engage with key stakeholders across various domains, ensuring transparency, alignment, and readiness for change.
- Govern program health via meticulous monitoring, reporting, and adherence to standards, ensuring stellar delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Profound experience in Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Strong capacity for managing cross-platform architecture dependencies and technical delivery risks.
- Exceptional stakeholder communication and engagement skills.
- Extensive background in managing large-scale digital transformation projects within multi-disciplinary technology environments.
- Prior experience in Finance, HR, Legal, and Digital Workplace portfolio management is advantageous.
