• Serve as a subject matter expert for post‑closing activities across multiple states
• Review escrow documents for accuracy and completeness
• Package, scan, and upload documents for recording and distribution
• Complete post‑closing workflows and actions in ResWare
• Maintain accurate file records, statuses, and reporting
• Partner closely with Recording and Closing teams to resolve issues and clear outstanding items

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Experience with post‑closing escrow processes
• Working knowledge of ResWare (preferred)
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
