Job Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Traffic Engineer in the Transportation Department of our Mount Laurel, NJ, office. The successful candidate will provide traffic analysis and design capabilities and assistance with highway/civil design efforts.

Responsibilities

Provide traffic signal/electrical designs
Perform intersection and roadway capacity analyses using HCS, Synchro, and SimTraffic software
Perform crash and Highway Safety Manual analyses
Provide design and development of conceptual construction staging alternatives and development of traffic control and traffic signing and striping plans
Provide Staffing Augmentation Services for various State and Municipal clients
Assist in proposal writing and business development efforts

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
PE license
Six to fifteen years of experience
NJDOT Signal Design experience
Traffic analysis experience
Able to create a professional deliverable using client standards
Excellent oral and written communication skills
