• Manage post-death trust administration and probate cases
• Lead client meetings with compassion and confidence
• Handle all aspects of trust administration and probate from start to finish
• Manage statutory timelines, notices, filings, and accountings
• Work closely with CPAs, fiduciaries, and financial advisors
• Oversee support staff involved in administration and probate matters
• Ensure smooth communication and steady progress on all active files

Qualifications

• Strong experience in trust administration, probate, and estate planning
• JD from an accredited law school
• Open to CPAs/EAs with JD/LLM backgrounds looking to return to legal practice
