This role involves enhancing key parts of the local buying and selling platform, combining user-centered design with research-led strategies to deliver scalable solutions. You will carry significant responsibilities in designing intuitive interfaces and creating seamless end-to-end experiences for both buyers and sellers.Key Responsibilities:
- Design user-centered interaction models, wireframes, and interfaces for key platform areas.
- Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to design new features and improve existing functionalities.
- Utilize and contribute to our design system, ensuring consistency and coherence across all designs.
- Conduct and apply user research and feedback to guide and validate design decisions.
- Communicate designs and key milestone deliverables effectively across organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Figma and other prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of interaction design and visual design principles.
- Effective communication and storytelling skills to align stakeholders and convey design concepts.
