Job Description

Senior UX Designer, Intelligent Experiences

Description -

Job Summary

Join HP’s Global Experience Design team and help shape the future of intelligent printing experiences for SMB and Enterprise customers around the world. We are looking for a designer who thrives at the intersection of hardware, software, services, and AI-enabled workflows—someone who can turn complex ecosystems into clear, intuitive, and beautifully crafted end-to-end experiences. This is not a traditional UX role. It is an opportunity to contribute to everything from control panel OS and interface experiences to setup, onboarding, scanning, device management, maintenance, and next-generation AI-driven solutions. You will work with a highly respected global design team, partner with cross-functional teams across software, firmware, program management, and marketing, and help shape products that are visible, widely used, and strategically important to HP.

Why join HP / Why this role

This is a rare opportunity to help shape the future of intelligent experiences in a category used by businesses around the world every day. You will work on meaningful, end-to-end design challenges that span physical devices, embedded interfaces, software, services, and emerging AI-driven workflows—while partnering with a highly respected global team known for strong craft, thoughtful collaboration, and real product impact. The role offers the chance to influence visible experiences at scale, work across disciplines including software, firmware, research, program management, and marketing, and help define how HP brings more intuitive, connected, and intelligent solutions to market.

This role is based in HP’s Vancouver, Washington office, a workspace designed to support collaboration, flexibility, and different ways of working. Coverage of HP’s Vancouver expansion described an environment shaped by employee input, with open collaboration areas, flexible conference spaces, strong natural light, sit/stand desks, and shared spaces designed to support both focused work and team connection. It is an exciting setting for a designer who wants to do high-impact work in a visible role while being part of a globally connected organization.

Success in this role requires strong design judgment, sensitivity to craft, fluency in tools such as Figma, FigJam, and Miro, and the ability to work across disciplines and global teams to create experiences that are useful, usable, and cohesive. We are especially looking for someone excited by designing for AI-powered products and services, experimenting with emerging design workflows, and helping raise the bar for experience quality across HP Print.
