Senior UX Designer

We’re seeking a Senior UX Designer to join a high-impact, cross-functional team focused on elevating digital member experiences. In this role, you’ll partner closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver intuitive, user-centered solutions across complex, large-scale initiatives. What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end UX execution for large, complex digital products, from discovery and research through high-fidelity design delivery. Conduct user research, synthesize insights, and translate business goals and research findings into meaningful, user-centered design solutions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with established design systems and usability best practices. Facilitate cross-functional workshops and design sessions to build alignment, drive consensus, and move initiatives forward. Apply human-centered design principles to improve website navigation, mobile experiences, information architecture, and usability. Design responsive web and native mobile interfaces (iOS, Android) in fast-paced, Agile environments. What We’re Looking For 6+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, or a related field. Proven experience leading UX for large-scale, complex digital projects. Strong ability to connect business objectives, user research, and design execution. Excellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills. Deep understanding of UX best practices, usability standards, and accessibility considerations. Proficiency with Figma, online usability testing tools, MS Office Suite, and working within a design system. A strong portfolio showcasing digital UX work across web and/or mobile platforms.
