Primary Skills: Storybook (Advanced), HTML/CSS (Expert), JavaScript (Intermediate), Figma (Intermediate), Agile (Knowledgeable).Contract Type: W2 Only Duration: 12+ Months Location: San Francisco, CAPay Range: $100 - $120 per hour on W2Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead and collaborate on the design and delivery of high-quality UX/UI components across multiple platforms within a rigorous software development lifecycle. The role involves close partnership with business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure designs meet usability goals and technical requirements. This individual will innovate on UI/UX practices, advocate for user-centric design, and enhance interaction and design systems integration.Key Responsibilities:

Engage with business partners to fine-tune UX strategies aligning with sentient design principles.
Deliver and guide the implementation of UI components and accessibility standards.
Synthesize user data and feedback to guide product design strategies.
Provide detailed UI engineering support to development teams, ensuring seamless integration into business applications.
Facilitate design sessions, gather stakeholder feedback, and implement necessary design adjustments.

Must-Have Skills:

Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JS and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Experience with user experience research and usability testing tools.
Strong familiarity with design prototyping tools like Figma and MURAL.

Domain Experience: Candidates must have experience working in technology-driven business environments, preferably with enterprise systems.
