Enjoy a vibrant culture with significant growth opportunities and a focus on continued professional development.Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 5+ years of experience in UX research, design, or strategy Strong understanding of user-centered design principles Experience facilitating design thinking workshops and conducting user research sessions (surveys, interviews, usability testing) Proficiency with Figma, Figjam, and other prototyping/design tools Analytical skills with tools like Maze, Google Analytics, or similar Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Design eye and attention to detail
Responsibilities Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing Develop user journey maps, personas, process flows, and prototypes (low and high fidelity) in Figma Collaborate with designers and developers to realize project vision Lead or participate in design thinking workshops Create and implement interactive guides and microcopy to improve user onboarding and engagement Analyze data from user testing and analytics tools to recommend design enhancements Document research findings, create strategy briefs, and communicate insights clearly Present research and design solutions to cross-functional teams Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Support continual process improvements aligning with ISO standards
