Accountabilities
- Lead UX strategy, visual design, and interface systems across the entire website

- Create the UI and UX flow for a new interactive guided buying experience
- Build a comprehensive design system including typography and components
- Redesign mobile-first user journeys for clear and calming experiences
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and leadership for pixel-perfect implementation
- Contribute to brand identity refresh and visual storytelling
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in designing consumer-facing products or e-commerce platforms
- Portfolio showcasing sophisticated UX systems and conversion-centric design
- Ability to simplify intricate decision flows into user-friendly journeys
- Strong visual taste with a keen attention to detail
