●      Omnichannel Growth & Digital Experience: Drive full-funnel growth across a diverse mix of digital and traditional channels, optimizing acquisition, engagement, and conversion. Partner across the organization to continuously enhance digital experiences and scale performance through modern marketing capabilities.

●      Lifecycle Marketing & Personalization: Own and build lifecycle marketing strategies that deliver personalized, relevant experiences across every stage of the member journey by leveraging data, automation, and AI. Drive increased engagement, retention, and long-term member value through more sophisticated segmentation and orchestration.

●      AI, Analytics & MarTech Enablement: Lead the advancement of data, analytics, and marketing technology capabilities, embedding AI and data-driven experimentation into how marketing decisions are made. Build scalable infrastructure that enables real-time engagement, improved attribution, and operational efficiency.

●      Measurement & Financial Stewardship: Own marketing performance and investment strategy, establishing clear measurement frameworks and connecting outcomes to enterprise goals. Champion a culture of accountability with forecasting, ROI optimization, and data-informed decision-making.

●      Organization, Talent & Operating Model: Build and lead a high-performing marketing organization, developing talent and strengthening capabilities across digital, analytics, and strategy.
