Job Details

The OpportunityWe are seeking a Senior Workforce Management Partner to join a mission‑driven team focused on strengthening workforce solutions across a national nonprofit network. In this strategic role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to partner organizations, helping them implement actionable talent strategies to fill critical roles supporting federal programs.You’ll work closely with nonprofit partners to build, grow, and sustain Talent Acquisition programs, while also leading and supporting recruitment consultants who drive full‑cycle hiring efforts. This role blends consulting, relationship management, program leadership, and hands‑on workforce strategy.

What You’ll Do ✅Serve as the primary workforce advisor to nonprofit partners, guiding recruitment and talent strategy initiativesProactively engage partners to promote and drive participation in workforce and talent acquisition programsLead, mentor, and manage Recruitment Consultants, including remote team members ‍‍Support consultants with sourcing strategies, job promotion, and market visibility to attract qualified talentAct as the key liaison for staffing agencies and recruitment vendors, strengthening external partnershipsEnsure program timelines, deliverables, and outcomes are met—communicating updates as needed ⏱️Collaborate on training content and best‑practice resources to support partner successPartner with Marketing to develop job templates, social media content, and workforce resourcesAlign with finance and procurement teams on grants, contracts, invoicing, and budget managementOversee budgets, ROI, forecasting, and resource planning to ensure program sustainabilityWork cross‑functionally with internal and external stakeholders to drive results

Work EnvironmentHybrid schedule: 2–3 days per week in the office, remaining days remoteIdeal candidates lives within close proximity to one of the designated office locationsCollaborative, mission‑focused, and partner‑driven culture

Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree required (MBA or Master’s preferred)7+ years of recruitment experience, including workforce or talent program management5+ years of experience in strategic sales, business development, or consulting3+ years managing recruiters or recruitment consultants (including remote teams)Proven success managing staffing agency relationships and recruitment vendorsExperience with budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysisStrong client management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsHigh professional integrity and accountability ✅

Preferred Qualifications ⭐10+ years of relevant experience in workforce strategy, recruitment, or consultingExperience recruiting diverse talent populations, including individuals with disabilitiesBackground advising HR or talent leaders on workforce management practicesHands‑on, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves mindset with a solutions‑oriented approachExperience recruiting both hourly and salaried rolesPrior experience within a nonprofit or mission‑driven environment
