If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about search engine optimization and web marketing fundamentals, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact!Must Haves:- Can do attitude- Work independently- Onsite at least once or twice a week- Good Working CarDutiesConduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value search terms aligned with business goals.Optimize website content, metadata, and HTML tags to improve search engine rankings and visibility on search engines like Google and Bing.Implement on-page SEO strategies including internal linking, metadata optimization, and content enhancements to boost organic traffic.Manage and update websites using WordPress or other content management systems, ensuring content accuracy and SEO best practices.Utilize SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to monitor site performance, identify issues, and track improvements over time.Support link-building initiatives by identifying opportunities for backlinks through outreach and content partnerships.Analyze web analytics data using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.Assist with basic web development tasks involving HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Google Tag Manager to enhance site functionality and user experience.Contribute to social media management efforts by creating engaging content that aligns with overall digital marketing strategies.

Experience

• Proven experience in SEO practices including keyword research, metadata optimization, link building, and web analytics.• Familiarity with WordPress or other popular content management systems for website updates and content management.• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Google Tag Manager, and other SEO tools required for technical optimization tasks.• Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or similar platforms for tracking performance metrics.• Understanding of conversion optimization techniques to improve user engagement and increase sales or lead generation.• Knowledge of social media management tools and digital marketing channels such as SEM (Search Engine Marketing) campaigns.• Ability to perform technical audits of websites focusing on SEO health and usability improvements across search engines.• Strong communication skills with an eye for detail to ensure accuracy in metadata creation and web content updates.
