Provide attentive and friendly breakfast brunch or dinner service depending on shift
Greet guests warmly and guide them through menu selections
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Deliver meals promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Work closely with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service
Perform well during high volume shifts including weekends and holidays
What We Are Looking ForWe are seeking team members who are
Reliable and able to work flexible shifts including mornings evenings weekends and holidays
Strong communicators with a guest first mindset
Energetic positive and service driven
Detail oriented and able to multitask efficiently
Team oriented and respectful
Preferred Previous serving or guest service experience
Certifications RequirementMust obtain a valid Food Handler Card within 30 days of hire
Must obtain Alcohol Server Certification if required by role or location
Must maintain all required certifications in accordance with state and company guidelines
Physical Requirements Essential Job FunctionsThis is a physically active role Candidates must be able toStand and walk for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift
Carry trays food and beverages safely and efficiently
Perform repetitive motions including bending reaching and twisting
Work quickly and safely in a fast paced environment
Handle spills glassware and cleaning chemicals safely
Maintain stamina and focus during busy service periods
