JOB OVERVIEW

Be part of an exciting new chapter at the Missouri Athletic Club with the opening of MAC Clayton, the Club's newest location, bringing more than 120 years of tradition into a modern and elevated member experience. Opening in early 2026, MAC Clayton will offer refined dining, exceptional amenities, and thoughtfully designed spaces for wellness, athletics, and connection.

We are seeking motivated, service-minded Server Assistants (Full-Time) to join our opening team and support dining operations across MAC Clayton, including our elevated casual restaurant and refined dining experience. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in organization, cleanliness, teamwork, and creating a seamless dining experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Support servers by maintaining clean, organized, and properly set tables throughout service.

· Assist with water service, bread service, table resets, and guest touchpoints as needed.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, service stations, and FOH storage areas.

· Polish glassware and flatware and maintain readiness of service equipment.

· Communicate effectively with the FOH team to support smooth pacing and guest experience.

· Complete opening/closing duties and assigned side work to club standards.

· Support private events, banquets, and member programming as needed.

Qualifications

· Prior restaurant, hotel, or private club experience preferred (but not required).

· Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to stay organized under pressure.

· Professional appearance and a hospitality-first mindset.

· Ability to work on your feet and maintain a steady pace throughout service.

· Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn high service standards.

Schedule Expectations

This is a hospitality-driven environment requiring flexibility, professionalism, and a team-first mindset. Scheduling will include evenings, weekends, and select holidays. The Club is closed on Sundays for regular a la carte service.
