SERVER ASSISTANT

As a Server Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our dining operations, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests, clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure prompt and accurate food delivery.
• Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, addressing any needs or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Able to obtain a Gaming License (if applicable).
• Able to obtain an ABLE liquor license.
• Presentation and uniform must adhere to established standards at all times, maintaining a polished and professional appearance.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift and carry trays of food and beverages.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interaction with guests and team members.
• Moderate to high noise levels.
