The Food Runner is integral to the guest experience. They deliver food and beverages to the guests of the property. The Food Runner will ensure 100% guest satisfaction.Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:Possesses excellent customer service skillsMust be dependableMust be able to work in a fast-paced environmentMust have strong communication and interpersonal skillsMust be able to work in a team environment

Responsibilities:Serve beverages and prepared meals to guests in an accurate and timely mannerMaintain a professional appearance at all timesProvide prompt and efficient customer serviceChecks back to ensure guest(s) satisfaction; replenishes items as necessary and/or requestedSuggests and serves dessert, coffee and other items as applicable and/or necessaryKeeps tables, dining room and work station(s) sanitized and organizedListen and respond to customer complaintsPerforms clean-up and closing procedures as assigned by managerPerform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
