We aim to offer memorable experiences for our guests and teams, with the end goal of gaining lifetime supporters who become part of our Banditos family.Summary:We are building our Banditos Team and are currently searching for an energetic and reliable Servers who thrive in a fast paced and upbeat environment with a particular attention to guest experience.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding hospitality to generate exceptional guest experiences
- Build relationships with new and existing guests to create repeat guests
- Work in a team-based environment where accountability of yourself and your peers is expected
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the bars and restaurants at all times
- Follow Banditos standards of cleanliness and sanitation in and around the building at all times
- Provide safe and responsible service of food and alcohol in accordance with Banditos and local jurisdictions guidelines
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to multi-task
- Maintain attention to detail
- Minimum of 1 year serving experience in a high volume, high energy environment
- Work on your feet for extended periods of time with occasional heavy lifting
- Hold yourself and peers accountable for their actions/inactions
- Have fun
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing and moving around restaurant at a fast pace
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the restaurants facilities.
