Job Description
- Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming, friendly first impression
- Guide guests through the menu, including food, cocktails, beer, and wine
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
- Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and anticipate needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked section throughout the shift
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Handle guest requests, questions, or concerns professionally and efficiently
- Process payments and close out checks accurately
- Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and restaurant policies
- Assist teammates and support overall restaurant operations as needed
- Complete opening, running, and closing side work duties
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of food, cocktails, beer, and wine preferred
- Previous restaurant service experience!
- Provide genuine hospitality to every guest
