Responsibilities:

• Build positive relationships with guests, coworkers, and managers
• Prioritize a quality customer experience with a warm and friendly approach and efficient service
• Develop a thorough knowledge of food and beverage menus
• Accurately ring up all food and beverages, per customer order
• Assist with bussingtables in assigned section, greetingguests, and delivering food to assigned tables as needed
• Cleanassigned sectionand sanitize workspace in service areas as neededper restaurant protocols
• Providesafe alcohol service through use of company resources, proper ID checks, and identifyingsigns of intoxication
• Manage guest checkout process by efficiently and responsibly handling cash and credit card transactions
• Occasionally answer phone and assistwalk-inguests with carryout orders as needed
• Become knowledgeable about the Good Food Rewards program and manage in accordance with company policy
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures per company policy, in alignment with health department regulations
• Effectively communicate with bar, kitchen, and management teams to providequality customer service

Required Qualifications:

• Previousserving experience preferred
• Enthusiasm for customer service and a guest-first mentality
• Basic computerliteracy
• Basic math skills
• Must be 19+ to apply
