Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and providing excellent service to our guests. Your friendly and professional demeanor will create a welcoming environment for customers, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience.
Responsibilities:- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff- Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring correct order accuracy- Check with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly- Prepare and deliver bills to customers, and process payments accurately- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience- Clean and set up tables, as well as maintaining cleanliness in the dining area- Follow health and safety guidelines to provide a safe environment for staff and guests- Handle any customer inquiries or special requests in a professional manner
Qualifications:- Previous experience in a similar serving role is preferred, but not required- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Attention to detail and the ability to accurately handle cash transactions- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays- Must maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times
