Our ideal candidate is a a self-starter, motivated, and engaged and be able to work in a fast, and dynamic downtown environment.Job Summary:Provide food & beverage service to our diners and to servers in an efficient and courteous manner, following established restaurant standards. To uphold and ensure compliance with all company and departmental policies and procedures.Responsibilities:Report to work at the scheduled time, neatly groomed and in a clean uniform.Prepare dining room for service prior to guest arrival, including the supplying of server stations, inspection of all tables for cleanliness, and correctness of established settings.Serve food and beverage items according to established Profile Tavern Standards.Monitor diners' satisfaction frequently, anticipate needs without requiring direction and properly time courses.Reset tables as needed.Properly obtain completed guest checks and close/cash outAttend all scheduled employee meetings, tastings and trainingsIn addition, other duties may be required as directed by your Manager.Qualifications:Must have an understanding of beer, wine and liquors offeredMust be able to open wine and champagne bottles table sideBe able to upsell and make recommendations to dinersBenefits/PerksOngoing Training; Hospitality, Food & Beverage, etc. Ongoing Private Event and Business Event TrainingFlexible SchedulingGrowth and Advancement across our Restaurant group
