As a Restaurant Server, you will be responsible on delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to provide courteous, efficient, and attentive service, ensuring that guests feel welcomed, valued, and comfortable throughout their entire visit.
Compensation: $16.90 hour + tips
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Provide detailed descriptions of menu items, daily specials, and beverage options.
- Guide guests through their dining experience, accurately relaying food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar staff in a timely manner.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring adherence to established service standards.
- Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs, addressing any requests or concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all orders before delivery to guests.
- Process cash and credit card transactions with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service and contribute to a positive, efficient work environment.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Server in a full-service restaurant, with fine dining experience preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and a dedication to delivering outstanding service.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays are Mandatory.
Strength Demands:
- Regular lifting, moving and carrying of food items, furniture, garbage etc. weighing up to 30 pounds across the restaurant
- Regular and prolonged standing and walking inside and outside the restaurant during a 6-8 hour shift with appropriate breaks
- Regular ascending/descending stairs
- Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
- Frequent use of hand to finger motions, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms
