Job DescriptionOur Servers don't just provide our Guests with amazing food and drinks. They deliver hospitality and service that is absolutely Chili's! If you take pride in providing great service and love making people feel special, then we want to hear from you!

Job DutiesProvide hospitable and customized service to each of our GuestsLearn our menu to explain offerings to GuestsPerform opening and closing dutiesPartner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfactionMust be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed

Skills and Qualifications- Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience- Hands-on experience in cashier duties- Attention to cleanliness and safety- Patience and customer-oriented approach- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude- Responsible and trustworthy- High school diploma is a plus but not required
