Deliver exceptional guest experiences and be part of a team that brings hospitality to life at Chop Steakhouse & Bar.

We are looking for enthusiastic, hospitality-driven servers who are passionate about creating memorable dining experiences. At Chop, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding hospitality with every table we serve. If you have a positive attitude, strong service skills, and a commitment to excellence, we would love to have you join our team.

What You’ll Do:

Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service to each guest
Guide guests through the menu with confidence, making thoughtful food and beverage recommendations
Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
Anticipate guest needs and proactively ensure an exceptional dining experience
Work collaboratively with teammates, bartenders, and kitchen staff
Maintain a clean, organized section and adhere to all service standards
Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care to ensure guest satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant
Strong food, beverage, and wine knowledge is an asset
Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
A passion for delivering outstanding hospitality and building guest relationships
Professional, polished demeanor with a positive and energetic attitude
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tables at once
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
