As a Server, you will play a vital role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring that guests are well taken care of from the moment they arrive until their departure.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete Colonial House menu training as required.
  • Prepare and clean dining areas before guests are seated.
  • Present menus, entrée, and drink specials; assist customers in selecting food and beverages in a pleasant manner.
  • Take orders and serve food promptly and professionally.
  • Answer questions and make recommendations upon guest request.
  • Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
  • Remove dirty dishes and utensils from tables before and after guests leave.
  • Handle complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
  • Alert management of any guest concerns or issues immediately.
  • Issue bills, accept, and process payments.
  • Thank guests upon their departure.
  • Clean tables and seating areas after guests leave, including the floor.
  • Maintain health and safety regulations within the dining room and kitchen.
  • Work well with dining room and kitchen staff.
  • Perform assigned side work.
  • Be a team player and assist with other duties as needed.
  • Successfully pass Alcohol Safety Training within 30 days of hire.
