We're looking for enthusiastic servers to greet guests with a smile, take orders, and enhance guest satisfaction.
If you have experience in food service, strong POS skills, and love upselling menu items, we want you!
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take and process customer orders efficiently, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Up-sale menu and special items
Qualifications
- Proficient in POS systems, including Toast.
- Strong customer service and cash handling skills
- Experience in food service and quick service restaurant environments
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices
- Ability to manage time effectively and upsell menu items
- Basic math skills for cash register operations and sales transactions
- Background in food preparation and kitchen experience is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.90 per hour + High tip earning potential
Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
