Cowboy Club Grille & Spirits is a family-owned, high-volume restaurant with a 30+ year history on 89A at the crossroads of Uptown Sedona. We are currently hiring Servers. We provide competitive wages from $13 to $35 an hour dependent upon position and experience, a generous tip out percentage, medical/dental/vision/life insurance benefits, and an employee dining program. Duties: Exhibits knowledge of hours of operation, menu prices, table numbers, and basic equipment including the POS system. Anticipates needs of guests, facilitating Food and Beverage orders courteously and efficiently, utilizing polite upselling techniques when appropriate. Presents checks and collects payments in an organized manner. Maintains dining and service stations by keeping the areas tidy, cleaning, and stocking as needed. Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in a fast paced, high volume restaurant. Local experience is a plus! Ability to identify and resolve problems including difficult or emotional customer situations in a professional and efficient manner. Team mentality and an all-hands approach. Ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures. Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Serving Permit complying with state requirements.
