We are seeking a full-time Server to join our world-class hospitality team at the Dunes Golf & Beach Club. If you're passionate about providing exceptional service in a breathtaking oceanfront setting, this is the perfect opportunity to be a part of a dynamic, fast-paced team. You'll have the chance to deliver memorable dining experiences, ensure members and their guests have everything they need, and be a key player in creating the welcoming atmosphere that the Dunes Golf & Beach Club is known for.

Full-time benefits include paid time off (PTO), medical, dental, and life insurance plans after just 90 days of employment.

Profit Sharing and 401k Plan is available to employees who are at least 21 years of age, have a minimum of one year of service, and have worked a minimum of 1,000 hours in a calendar year. The Club matches a portion of employee contributions.

YOUR ROLE: SERVER

As a Server, you'll be the face of our oceanfront dining experience, serving delicious food and drinks while delivering impeccable service with a smile. You'll greet members and guests, take orders, recommend menu items, and ensure that each dining experience consistently exceeds expectations. Step into a dynamic, high-energy atmosphere where teamwork is key and every day brings something new. You'll juggle multiple tasks with ease, all while keeping things upbeat, organized, and polished. From serving cocktails to curating unforgettable dining moments, you'll help every member and guest feel like they've escaped to their own personal slice of oceanfront paradise.

What We're Looking For:

• Serving Experience: Previous serving experience is preferred, with a focus on friendly, efficient service.

• Attention to Detail: Take orders timely and accurately, deliver the right items, and ensure that all members and guests have what they need for an enjoyable meal.

• Positive Attitude & Team Player: Must be enthusiastic, friendly, and able to work collaboratively with team members.

• Multitasking Skills: Ability to handle multiple tables and orders simultaneously while maintaining excellent service.

• Availability: Must be at least 18 years old, with availability for various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
