SERVEREasy Tiger, one of Austin’s most beloved brands, is hiring part-time Servers to join our team at our South Lamar location!

We are looking for experienced servers to help create exceptional experiences for our guests during their visit by creating a warm environment to "Slow Down, Stay Awhile".

REPORTS TO: FOH Managers and Leads

SALARY / GRADE LEVEL: Hourly / Non-Exempt

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

Follow all policies and procedures
Complete all assigned opening, running, closing duties and sidework
On time and attends all shift meetings
Follow all health and alcohol beverage service standards and maintain a clean workspace, adhering to food safety sanitation and safety guidelines
Take orders and payments from customers for food and beverages following all steps of service guidelines
Check with customers throughout their meal to ensure that they are enjoying their visit and take action to correct any problems, ensure they leave happy!
Maintain a working knowledge of food and drink menu items, promotions, ingredients, and prep time
Upselling by being proactive with suggestive selling and alerting guests of specials, promotional items or events
Delivering food and beverages and clearing and sanitizing tables as needed
Communicate customer orders to kitchen staff

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Two (2) years minimum as a Server
Current Texas Food Handler and TABC Certifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent guest relations skills
High guest satisfaction expectations and focus
Must be available evenings and weekends

Easy Tiger Bake Shop & Beer Garden features artisan bread, cured meats, a full bar, and craft beers. Our in-house bakery offers a selection of Old World hearth breads, European-style pastries, and signature soft pretzels— all baked fresh daily.
