Job Description

EBERLY is seeking experienced fine-dining servers to join our team. We provide opportunities for growth and education. Eberly is searching for someone who will have longevity with our company and is always looking to excel. We work in a beautiful space and have a good time taking service seriously.

Our company works on a tip pool system averaging between $25-$50 per hour with a large portion of our volume being private events that can increase the average income. All employees are paid weekly.

Job Summary

Maintaining a section of 4-7 tables with a cover count of 20-30 guests
Working side work to ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
Cocktail serving experience for high volume bars within Eberly
Creating a guest experience
Fulfill steps of service accurately and precisely
Event set up and break down

Responsibilities

Leadership and Integrity
Classic cocktail & spirit knowledge
Efficiency in communication with staff and guests
Multi-Tasking
Keen attention to detail
Upscale/fine dining experience

Qualifications

Preferred 2 years experience in upscale dining
Extensive wine knowledge preferred
Excellent food and beverage knowledge
