Delighting guests and providing legendary service.

Showing excitement and enthusiasm!

Demonstrating great salesmanship.

Making memorable first and last impressions.

Using food and beverage menu knowledge to share favorites and provide recommendations

Being able to handle all job duties in a timely manner.

Complying with responsible alcohol service guidelines, including serving guests responsibly.

Handling of both cash & card payments.

Recognizing First-Time Guests

Exhibiting teamwork
