Job Description
Gillig Winery Servers ensure that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing quality customer service. If you enjoy conversing with people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you.
Due to the requirements of the position, by law our servers are required to be 21 years of age or older
Hours are part-time, 15-30 hours per week, with a set Saturday schedule. Must also be available to work during our hours of operation.

Able to understand and carry out instructions while working effectively with the team and managers to please our guests
Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Responsibilities
Customer service is our highest priority...must be able to communicate with guests and anticipate their needs
Ensure all of our guests feel comfortable and let them know you are there to take care of them
Go above and beyond guests expectations; respond promptly and courteously to their requests
Take and serve food and drink orders
Bus tables in a timely manner, keeping the winery clean and presentable at all times
Process guests' orders
Take payment in a hospitable, timely manner
Able to work evenings and weekends and fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the winery
Work as a team player ensuring all work at the end of the shift is not only completed, but also done to the “Gillig Standard”
Ensure total cleanliness of business, including but not limited to, inside winery and outdoor space
