- Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests, setting the tone for a world-class dining experience.
- Guide guests through the menu with expert recommendations, showcasing our innovative dishes and curated beverage pairings.
- Accurately take and input food and beverage orders into the POS system, ensuring every detail is perfect.
- Communicate food allergies, dietary restrictions, and special requests to the kitchen team.
- Ensure orders are executed with precision, speed, and consistent quality reflective of our Michelin-starred standards.
- Deliver attentive, personalized service, anticipating guests' needs throughout their visit.
- Address guest concerns with professionalism and involve management when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining room, service stations, and beyond.
- Experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality environments is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of Toast or similar POS systems (Preferred).
- Impeccable customer service skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performing, team-oriented setting.
- Familiarity with fine dining service standards, including food and wine knowledge.
- Quick learner with the ability to memorize detailed menu offerings and anticipate guest preferences.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment that demands precision and attention to detail.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
