Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu items, preparation methods, daily specials, and sourcing details. Accurately take orders and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure flawless execution. Deliver food and beverages with proper timing, sequence, and presentation standards. Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, detail-oriented service throughout the dining experience. Handle guest concerns with professionalism and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction. Manage payment transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain table settings, cleanliness, and overall dining room appearance. Follow all company service standards, health, and safety guidelines. Qualifications: Previous experience as a server in fine dining or upscale steak and seafood restaurants required. Strong knowledge of steaks, seafood, wine, and classic cocktails. Excellent communication, memory, and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and demeanor with strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a high-paced, refined environment. Must meet local age requirements for serving alcohol. Work Environment: Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.
