The Role

Curate the Experience: Guide guests through our curated oyster programs and seasonal seafood menu with expert knowledge.
Master the Pace: Efficiently manage a fast-moving station in a high-volume setting without sacrificing the "personal touch."
Collaborate: Work in lockstep with our bar and kitchen teams to ensure every plate and pour is perfect.
Be the Expert: Become a storyteller for our local purveyors and sustainable fishing practices.

What You Bring

Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant (upscale casual or fine dining preferred).
Presence: A professional, outgoing personality with the ability to build instant rapport with guests.
Flexibility: Availability for evenings and weekends is essential.
