Holbrook House sits at the heart of the SF Financial District, inside The Conservatory at One Sansome, and we've earned our place as one of the city's most sought-after dining destinations. We're known for one of the city's most impressive bars, free-flowing martinis and champagne, and a menu of elevated contemporary American cuisine — all set within a stunning 6,000 sq ft indoor-outdoor atrium. From power lunches to champagne-soaked evenings, every shift here is anything but ordinary.
The Role
As a Server at Holbrook House, you're not just taking orders — you're curating an experience. Our guests come for the caviar, the cocktails, and the craft, and they stay because of people like you. You'll guide them through a menu that celebrates the best of California's larder, from duck fat hashbrowns and deviled quail eggs to Maine lobster and a rotating selection of osetra and kaluga caviar, paired with the city's best selection of cocktails, champagne, oysters, and caviar.
What You'll Do
- Deliver seamless, knowledgeable table service from greeting to farewell — with personality and precision
- Guide guests through our food and cocktail menus with genuine enthusiasm and expert recommendations
- Anticipate needs before they're voiced, and handle every request with grace and efficiency
- Collaborate closely with hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth, coordinated dining experience
- Support private events and special occasions, upholding the Holbrook House standard at every table
Who You Are
- You have prior serving experience in an upscale or fine dining environment
- You're a confident, engaging communicator who loves connecting with guests
- You have strong knowledge of — or a passion for learning about — cocktails, wine, and elevated cuisine
- You thrive in a high-energy, team-oriented environment and handle busy service with composure
- You're detail-oriented, reliable, and genuinely hospitality-driven
