We are seeking friendly and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as servers. As a server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with customers and addressing any concerns
- Process payments and operate the cash register
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and work stations
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
