Job Description:LPM Miami is seeking an experienced and passionate Server to join our dynamic team. Located in the heart of Brickell, LPM Miami offers a refined dining experience with a focus on exceptional service and high-quality Mediterranean cuisine. As a Server, you will play a key role in delivering a memorable dining experience to our guests, ensuring exceptional service and attention to detail in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and provide exceptional service throughout their dining experience.
Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring guests' preferences and dietary restrictions are accommodated.
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentation and quality are consistent with LPM’s standards.
Maintain knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, wine pairings, and signature dishes, to provide recommendations and answer guest questions.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and prompt order fulfillment.
Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
Process payments, including handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment, with accuracy and efficiency.
Uphold the high standards of LPM’s brand, ensuring that every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server in a high-end restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer service.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail pairings is a plus.
Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a well-groomed appearance.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
