IHOP SERVERS:

Provide friendly, wonderful customer service.
Verifiable job history with a minimum of 6 consecutive months at the same job
Offer helpful menu suggestions.
Upsell additional items to enhance the guest experience.
Deliver prepared food and beverages to our guests.
Deliver guest checks and collect payments.
Maintain a welcoming and clean environment for our guests.
Work together with other team members.
Follow IHOP Standards
Must be willing to work: DAYS, EVENINGS, WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS
