Job Description

Mill Street Residence is a assisted living community like no other and it is our employees that truly make the difference. Whether it involves housekeeping, dining services, home care, maintenance, activities or our front office, we strive to provide the highest level of quality care to the seniors we serve. At Mill Street, we treat people like family and it shows. We welcome you in joining us to become part of the best assisted living community in town!

Breakfast, lunch and supper are served daily at Mill Street Residence. Server responsibilities include:

  • Setting the dining room for each of the meals and cleaning up afterwards.
  • Serving meals according to standards.
  • Assisting tenants and guests as soon as they arrive in the dining room.
  • Guiding them to tables that are open for seating.
  • Assisting tenants and guests with meal selection.
  • Maintaining, cleaning and sanitizing areas of the dining room and kitchen.
  • Creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for tenants' and guests' dining experience.

Hours/Shifts

64 hours biweekly

Compensation

Hourly Wage Range: $16.58-$22.86. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.
