Job Description
Long Cove Club is seeking servers to join our Food & Beverage team. As a server, you'll play a key role in making every visit to the Clubhouse enjoyable for our members. We're looking for individuals who take pride in their work, bring a positive attitude, and enjoy being part of a supportive, team-focused environment.
We are hiring both full-time and part-time servers, with shifts primarily Wednesday through Sunday, plus holidays. Most shifts end by 10 p.m. during the week and by 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays - giving you the work-life balance you've been seeking.
Schedule & Pay:
- Shifts primarily Thursday–Sunday (plus holidays as needed)
- Starting at $18.00+ an hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve food and beverage service to Long Cove Club members and guests
- Effectively use the POS system (JONAS) to ensure accuracy of food and beverage orders
- Demonstrate a guest-first mindset by anticipating and prioritizing our members' needs
- Maintain knowledge of our menu to make suggestions for members based on their unique preferences
- Prepare and collect checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes
- Complete side work prior to, during, and after the shift
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Food safety and alcohol service certifications preferred
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the club
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in various indoor/outdoor conditions
