Job Description:

IHOP is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.Job Responsibilities:* Greet guests warmly and present menus.* Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and daily specials.* Take accurate food and beverage orders using a point-of-sale system.* Deliver food and beverages to tables efficiently and courteously.* Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.* Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently.* Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.* Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members.* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.* Process payments and accurately handle cash and credit card transactions.* Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.Job Qualifications:* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.* Positive attitude and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.* Basic math skills for handling payments.* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.* Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
