We are currently hiring for the summer season, with potential for long-term opportunities. At Oswego Grill, we are looking for highly motivated team players who can work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Examples of Server Tasks

· Must be friendly, engaging and outgoing and have a desire to connect with people.

· Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies

· Demonstrate strong menu knowledge, including chef features, beverage pairings, and dietary accommodations.

· Accurately communicate orders to the bar and kitchen, including dietary needs and special requests

· Provide attentive table service, including refills, clearing dishes, and fulfilling guest requests

· Process payments and present checks, including handling cash and credit transactions accurately

Position Details

· Job Type: Full-time & Part-time

· Shifts: 5–8 hours (day & evening)

· Schedule: Open availability preferred (weekends required)

· Location: Vancouver, WA (in-person)

License/Certification Required

· MAST 12 or MAST 13

· Food Handler Certification

Compensation: $17.13 per hour
