WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A SERVER

As a Server, you will have the exciting opportunity to showcase your excellent hospitality by providing exceptional hospitality and service to our valued guests.

Your responsibilities will include guiding guests through the menu, taking food and beverage orders, and serving food and beverages to guests with professionalism and efficiency. Knowledge of the Point of Sale (POS) system is essential to efficiently process orders and payments. Familiarity with table/seat/station numbers, room capacity, hours of operation, and proper table setup and dress code are necessary to provide seamless service. Familiarity with food and beverage menu items, their prices, preparation methods, ingredients, and quality standards is essential. You will be responsible for adhering to state liquor regulations, company service and culture standards, policies and procedures.

ARE YOU THE SERVER WE'RE LOOKING FOR?To be successful in the Server position on our team, it is essential to be well-organized and focused, with keen attention to detail. Effective communication skills (both written and verbal), collaboration, and teamwork are also important qualities, as you will be working closely with co-workers to ensure smooth operations. Being able to work with minimal supervision and demonstrating self-motivation is important in this role.
