Pinehurst Country Club is currently recruiting for part-time server/bartenders!

Essential Functions:

• Be punctual and in neat, clean uniform.

• Possess knowledge of all items on our food menus, bar menus and wine lists.

• Set up/ tear down for breakfast, lunch, dinner, club social functions and private parties.

• Organize and pace meal courses for member dining.

• Clean after all designated meals and parties.

• Possess knowledge of principles, values, and processes for providing exceptional guest services.

• Attend all pre-shift staff meetings.

Minimum Requirements:

• Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol

• Basic knowledge of food service.

• Ability to work and focus in loud, high pressure and fast paced environments.

• Ability to successfully work as part of a team as well as being independently motivated.

• Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time (8- 10 hours).

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. at one time.

• Maintains a pleasant and polite demeanor while interacting with members and staff.

• Ability to perform physical activates that require considerable use of arms and legs.

• Must be able to adapt to constant changes (Menu Changes, POS Changes, and Section Changes).
