Job Description
Rock Ridge Country Club is a private, members-only club offering an exceptional dining experience in a welcoming, community-focused environment. We are currently seeking Non-Tipped Servers to join our Food & Beverage team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain server experience in a low-pressure, supportive environment while working in a professional setting.

Responsibilities:
Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to Rock Ridge members and their guests.
Set up, serve, and break down dining areas for daily service and large banquet events.
Accurately take and deliver food & beverage orders.
Assist with buffet stations, plated service, and drink refills during events.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining spaces.
Work collaboratively with team members and managers to deliver seamless service.
Expectations:
Availability for nights and weekends is mandatory.
Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude in a member-focused environment.
Demonstrate strong communication and hospitality skills.
Uphold professional standards of appearance and service at all times.
Be punctual, reliable, and adaptable to changing service needs.
Prior serving experience is helpful but not required-we are happy to train the right candidates!
Physical Demands & Work Environment
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
Frequent climbing of stairs, balancing, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, stretching, and twisting/reaching.
Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 40 pounds.
Continuous repetitive motions required throughout shifts.
Work may take place in hot, humid, and occasionally noisy environments.

Position Type: Part-Time / Seasonal (opportunities for year-round employment may be available)
Compensation: Hourly, non-tipped position based on experience and availabilty
