Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests with professionalism, warmth, and charisma
• Guide guests through the menu and make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations
• Take and enter orders accurately using the POS system
• Ensure food and drinks are delivered promptly and correctly
• Anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile to make each experience memorable
• Maintain awareness of your section and surrounding tables at all times
• Process payments accurately and responsibly
• Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to keep service flowing smoothly
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment
• Complete side work and scheduled cleaning duties
• Stay guest- and culture-focused throughout every shift
• Comply with all food safety, alcohol service, and restaurant regulations

Skills:

• At least 2 years of serving experience in a full-service restaurant
• Bartending experience is a huge plus
• Leadership or shift lead experience is a plus
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Ability to multitask, stay calm, and remain positive during busy shifts
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Comfortable handling cash and using POS systems
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
